Brian Flowers, MD

Dr. Flowers is a board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon as well as a Physical Therapist.  He has spent his entire career caring for those who have suffered the effects of arthritis as well as other bone and joint maladies.  While offering care for these issues, he has also found an interest in the political and business side of medicine.  He started off as a medical advisor for a state senator in New York in 1999. In the years since, he has volunteered in the Caribbean giving medical care, served on the board of directors for a Houston area hospital system as well as on the medical committee of a large hospital system. He currently practices in the Houston area.

Roxanne DeLeon

Roxanne attended the University of Central Florida for her undergraduate degree and received her master’s from Full Sail University. She has experience in both educational and corporate environments. Her corporate experience includes managerial responsibilities, financial applications, as well as marketing and public relations. As an educator, her focus is in technology-based student driven learning experiences while developing high academic performance experiences through collaboration and critical thinking opportunities across multidisciplinary areas. Roxanne remains passionate about searching for the latest instructional technologies and pedagogical approaches for learning. Currently, she works in the Media Communications B.S. program at Full Sail University within a vast and innovative technological learning environment.

Paul Chin MD PhD

Dr. Chin is board certified in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine. He is a native Texan and former collegiate tennis player. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Colorado State University in Pueblo where he was a Presidential Scholar and NCAA Academic All-American. Dr. Chin went on to complete a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of Texas at Dallas where his published research resulted in multiple awards and a coveted grant from the National Institute of Health. He continued his education by completing medical school and orthopedic surgery training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas.

Following residency, Dr. Chin was selected for the prestigious San Diego Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Fellowship where he had the distinction of treating athletes from the San Diego Padres, San Diego State University athletic teams, and other San Diego collegiate and high school athletes. 

Dr. Chin is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, as well as a member of the International Society for Hip Arthroscopy,  Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic Research Society, and Orthopaedic Trauma Association. He also is an active manuscript reviewer for the American Journal of Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Research


Dr. Dustin Agan

Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology, Dustin Agan, M.D., graduated from Texas Tech University School of Medicine and completed his fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at St. Vincent Hospital’s Department of Cardiovascular Disease. From a young age, Dr. Agan knew he wanted to be a physician and make his late father proud.

With training in the latest technology, Dr. Agan sees patients for a variety of conditions including evaluation of chest pain, basic arrhythmias, coronary and peripheral artery disease, valvular heart disease, and congestive heart failure.

Dr. Agan takes the time to listen to his patients and educate them on their care. Not only does he want to help his patients in their lives today, he wants to help their futures as well. Creating an appropriate plan of care and treating his patients like family are two of his strongest aims. He is invested in the well-being of each patient he sees.


A. Tarkan Dural, M.D

A. Tarkan Dural, M.D.  practices gastroenterology in The Woodlands, TX and Northwest Houston.  After completing his Gastroenterology Fellowship with Baylor College of Medicine, he joined Digestive Specialists, PA in 2003.  He performs procedures at Woodlands Endoscopy Center as well as the local hospitals.  He is involved with his community.  Dr. Dural and his wife, Ayse Dural, M.D. are the proud parents of three children.

Nazmudin Keshwani, MD

Nazmudin Keshwani, a Board Certified Family Practitioner of Indian ancestry who has been on the medical staff of Houston area hospitals which includes Memorial Herman. He finished his medical training and internship in Birmingham, England in the time between 1972-1979. He successfully established his first Med-Cure Clinic in 1982.


Dr. Keshwani accomplished his three-year residency in Family Practice in Fort Wayne Indiana from 1979-1982. This type of medical specialty is a complete training in health care including Pediatrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry and Preventive Care. Dr. Keshwani has achieved extensive experience in Family Medicine, work related injuries, auto and home accidents along with minor emergency care skills along with advancements in anti-aging medicine.


 Jessica Patraw

Jessica Patraw is a Licensed Health and Supplemental Insurance Broker with Health Care Solutions Team and a District Coordinator/Benefits Advisor with Aflac.  She and her team have over 25-years experience in the insurance industry. 

Jessica received her LPN Nursing Degree from North West College in Pomona, Ca in 1987 and a Bachelors in BioChem from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. In 2002. Passionate about helping people Jessica thrives on educating others on what options are available. Her medical background definitely helps with claims and appeals. 

Jessica is very active in the community in connection with a non-profit organization for disabled veterans and disabled elderly. She is involved with a local Chamber in some of the Chamber committees. When she’s not working, networking or attending events she loves to travel, oil paint & spend time with her family. Jessica and her husband Adam, have 3 boys and 4 grands kids.
